What Our Client Says
About Tej Hotels & Resorts
"For me, Darjeeling is equated with Hotel Olive. This time, I stayed in a new hotel of theirs, Eco Resort and Spa. Exclusive, to say the least. Great hospitality and great behaviour among staff. Sunrise can be seen from your room. Just some nominal things are left, they are making a cafeteria upstairs; when everything will be completed, I am certain that this hotel will be one of the top 5. The staff is really good and friendly. Sarika madam, the owner, is a very dynamic woman and she takes care of the smallest things to make sure the guest has no problems. Great host, great food. Today this hotel and its staff is like my family, it feels that I am staying at my home only. Overall, a perfect and great experience."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Echo Hotel and Spa, and it was truly a memorable experience. Nestled in the scenic hills of Darjeeling, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and a peaceful atmosphere that perfectly complements the charm of the town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, combining modern comfort with a cozy mountain vibe. Waking up to the crisp air and panoramic views was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my visit Overall, I highly recommend Echo Hotel and Spa to anyone planning a trip to Darjeeling. It’s a wonderful retreat that enhances the beauty and serenity of this hill station."

"This hotel truly excels in every area that matters. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a great variety to suit different tastes. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality. The amenities were equally impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the excellent common facilities, all designed for comfort and convenience. Everything was clean, modern, and clearly well cared for. What really set this hotel apart, though, was the service. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. An exceptional experience overall—I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again"
